Having access to tools, pillar drill, etc. I knocked this up after work this afternoon.
Adjustable beam angle, and it seems pretty solid. Testing will take place tomorrow eve ๐ Not too bad for an hours fiddling.

you could have centered the light ๐
Yes....that is due to a change of plan half way through making it ๐ณ The original plan had it upright with more of the original mount between 2 metal plates, but I realized that would have had the light really high over the helmet - begging to get caught on branches!
You will however notice that the cable exits the rear exactly in the middle...... ๐ ......so there!
