Had an ace time riding HTN this morning! Thanks for a great event, and to all the marshals who had to stand around in the rain!
I don’t think I quite finished last, happy with 5 laps.
I had 2 rubber ducks on my helmet if anyone saw me.

Hey! Well done you! I was head marshal and was cheering you on every lap and encouraging everyone with my ‘motivational’ signs.

ha, you definitely didn't finish last with 5 laps (i only did 2!)
i mean, i'm happy with that though, not even thrown a leg over a bike since last august so there's that!
great fun today.

Great fun despite the weather!

Thanks to the marshals for standing out in the rain.

Think I did 5 laps, last lap with no brake pads left.

Will be finding mud in strange places for some time, eyes are sore from the gritty mud.

Loved the "You've got a bit of mud on your face" sign!

Thanks to the marshalls and spectators (yes there were some!) It was great. Top fun as always, and big up Jason and Debbie for making it happen. Thank you.

I learnt that an apple isn't a great choice of energy food for a muddy 2hr bike race. Happy to share that with you all
