[Closed] high rise stems?

After struggling with neck ache at the end of every long ride I played around with an adjustable stem onto my xc bike and discovered the extra height helped me out.

So now I'm looking for a new stem with a fairly steep rise as I don;t want to keep the adjustable stem on there. Any ideas?

I know I could go for some riser bars too but I've got nice set Monkeylites and can't afford to replace them with a higher rise - unless any of you have got a nice set of carbon bars with a decent rise that you don't want loads of cash for...
