[Closed] High rise stem or high rise bars?

First off, yes I've dropped a bollock.

Bought a second hand frame/fork combo and I'm finding the front end too low, the steerer is too short for any spacers. So I'm left with either going for a riser stem or riser bars.

Ideally looking for 30mm ish rise, current setup is a 50mm zero rise stem and 13mm rise on the bars. Any suggestions?

Some really good high rise bars out there - only people that find fault with them are the fashion police…. Love my 40 and 50mm rise bars!

Lots more choice in decent handlebars.

If you think 25mm would do it, I have one of these now surplus...

Bloody hell, that was last year wasn't it? Not sure 25mm would do it tbh mate it's only 12mm more than I have now.

How much rise do they have?

Do the Renthal alu bars come in anything other than gold?

If you're looking for decent + cheap 30mm rise bars then you can't go wrong with a set of Funn Fatboys.

CRC do a 30 deg Ritchey stem that'll work fine. You might be better searching Euro websites - they don't worry about image over function as much as we Brits do. A few years ago I got a Procraft stem from hibike, something like this, that has been a solid item:

This is the third bike I've had it on. It's like part of the family now.
