The 'truth' isn't such a well defined thing in the Spanish judicial system.

I don't know enough to answer that ^ really mate. (I know as its the Internet that doesn't always matter!! 😉 )
But it's a sad situation again really, made worse by the UCI letting Saxo back in.

And why are questions purely related to sport of cycling? Only ~30% of dopers were cyclists. What about all the footballers, tennissers etc?
