I have the DT Swiss CSW EM 2.7 straightpull wheelset that came with my 2015 Cube Stereo, which I'm converting to tubeless.
Anyone know what width rim tape I should get?
Thanks and sorry in advance if it's a stupid question.
Can't you measure the rim?
I taped mine with Gorilla tape, just cut it to width. Worked fine.
The EM rims on my 2016 stereo are 25mm internal width.
I have 25mm on my Cube SL.
I emailed Stans and they replied with the correct width almost immediately - you never know, somebody may be there tomorrow.
For a 25mm (internal) rim you'll likely want Stans 27mm tape - or WTB in 28mm.

I used gorilla tape on my superstar rims (25mm internal) and it was spot on. No need to cut it down.
