Can someone please help me with the set up on my new Alfine 11. I have routed the cable and set up the 184mm dimension but when I connect it to the pulley the two top yellow marks do not line up. I take it by reading the Shimano instructions they should, and if they don't then you make adjustments on the barrel on the shifter. Making a quick measure I would say the 184mm dimension needs to be 30/31mm smaller on my bike. I know I should be sticking with 184mm but can't get it to work. Using 184mm and connecting the cable into the hole in the pully, the pully is still in the relaxed position, ie fully anticlockwise.

Now sorted, set the 184mm dimension in gear 6 instead of gear 11, all gears working perfectly.....well pleased with the Shimano Alfine 11 on my 29er,
