[Closed] Help with new brakes fitting

My new Cannondale has avid brakes with the clamp also holding the shifters. I am getting some Shimano brakes this weekend and need to know what I need to clamp the SRAM shifters to the bar/ brakes. Any help on this would be great. Cheers
