Hello really hope someone can help.
My friend has some dt swiss forks that need a service but cannot for love or money find a seal kit. We found the oil from Germany but cannot find tge replacement seals.
Any idea??
They are DT SWISS AIR EXC 150. Is what he has given me
When you say a seal kit, do you mean top seals for the lowers, or damper/air-spring seal kit?
Top seals are £30 from Pace. They may also be able to supply damper/air-spring seals, altough if the fork has not been abused, I'd doubt you'll need to replace anything other than the top seals.
For oil, you want to use 7.5wt Motorex in the damper side (this is important - I tried some other brands and my DT forks felt awful). For the spring side, you can use Fox FLOAT fluid or RockShox Red Rum.
