Hi can anyone tell me what length spokes i need the rim is a 700c mavic open pro & the hub is a rear shimano center lock cheers.

you need the exact hub model number and/or dimensions.
try the dtswiss spoke calculater or there are links to a few others on Sheldons web pages.

still too many variables,
need to know how many spokes, how many crosses, nipple length etc.
Have a look on a few spoke calc websites.

Iirc 3x 32h is 292 and 294, 36h is 2mm shorter.
Not the rocket science that many seem to wish it was, most hubs work out the same 3x
