My mate is looking to shift a 1996 cannondale m900 in yellow

Looks in good nick from the photos but some bits not totally original

How much do you think it's worth? I assume retro bike may be best?

Cheers TedC didn't know retro bike had that forum heading

My mate offered it to me for £30 but I reckon it's got to be worth £100+ for a bit of nostalgia - I've already got a fully rigid singlespeed so have my hairshirt anyhow

Thanks all - I need to look at it in the flesh to get the spec

I asked him what size it was and he said...normal ffs

I don't think '96 will be "special" as far as the retrobikers are concerned but £100 would be fair to both of you IMO. It's more than he originally wanted and you'll make enough for a decent takeaway when you sell it on.

Tbh I'm not looking to make anything- he's a mate so I'm just looking to get him the best deal - he may stand me a pint though!!
