uh oh....

ordered a set of maxxis crossmark 2.1 UST's from the MMA through my lbs, mma said they would be 2-3 weeks, that was 5 weeks ago. I thought i would have them well before my next race, which is this weekend. I dont mind buying another set of tyres, and buying the ones from the lbs,stif.co.uk have the tyres in stock (i think) but does anybody know if Stif would deliver if i ordered tonight, before the end of friday? race is on sunday at badaguish, and my tyres that i have on atm are worn through. thanks in advance.

Phone Stif and ask for 24 hour delivery, I am sure they will for an extra couple of quid.

Enjoy Badaguish! It's a cracking race course.

I wouldn't fancy crossmarks around it- it tends to be a muddy one.

Everything I've ordered from Stif has arrived next day, they are pretty good.

which steps??? there is a section onto a landrover track which is a bit like steps, have never raced there in the past, but im still smarting over how good a track it is. even compared to the other sxc's, fort bill was good and aberfoyle was fun, but badaguish's course is insanly fun

When I say steps I mean a set of **** off big slabs that do indeed go onto a landrover track.

I enjoyed aberfoyle a lot, mostly because I did well for a change and everyone else slid about.

yes that bit is in the course, there used to be boulder to the right (run off area) but they have now been moved.... aberfoyle was my worst result, a new bike that i hadnt ridden at all until the event, and only one set of tyres and they were semi-slicks....

good times.
