Hi all, just about to replace the SPD cleats on my Sidi Doms and they are stuck solid and the screws look rounded too.
How do I get them out?

2mm drill bit through the centre followed by a 4mm, job done!

Dremel a slot across the top then use an impact driver with a flat head screwdriver bit.

I just attacked mine with a 5mm drill, then pulled at the spd which snapped the leftover countersunk bits off and unscrewed the remainder with pliers.
