Hi all,
I can't for the life of me get the top nut to unthread from the lower post. I need to do this order to service the the seal head.
Looking avoid heat, as this would damage the rubber seal and stickers. Anyone got any tips?

I use a strap wrench if mine is being stubborn. The service video suggests clamping the top nut in the bike stand and turning the post.
