Help pls. (TLD A1) MTB Helmet Liner Repair

I've a perfectly good TLD A1 MTB helmet but the liner at the front (ie across the forehead) has fallen to bits and replacements for M/L are no longer available and the A2 liners are quite different.

Has anyone successfully repaired/found a suitable tape for fixing/replacing the liner at the front of the helmet?

Try Kinesio tape?

Somewhere I have some Kinesio tape, so I’ll give that a go. Nothing to lose!

I bought some generic pads off Amazon. Work fine.
