Folks,
The lever of my rear thru-axle (Orange P7 Pro 2017)isn't engaging the axle so when I try to undo it, it's simply unscrewing the lever rather than undoing the axle. The axle itself is not seized and is well greased. Any suggestions as to how I get the axle out so that I can replace it?

File a couple of notches into the other side of the axle and use a chainring tool or similar to undo it?

What type of axle is it?

We had one doing the same recently, I think they ran a tap into the other end, then ran a bolt in so when it tightened, it unscrewed the axle.
