Just rebuilding a 2008 Glory - I need to replace 2 x 6802 VRS bearings, according to the numbering 68[u][b]02[/b][/u] the internal diameter (bolt hole) should be 15mm but the ones in the bike at the moment have what looks like a sleeve/collar reducing the ID to 12mm - does anyone know if the collar/sleeve is a removable reducer added to an off the shelf 6802 bearing. Or do I need a special item from Giant?
I want to use the bike until I get the correct bearing so don't want to wreck them seeing if the collar comes out until I have the correct replacement!

Pictures needed. Both my trance and reign had identical systems to mount the bearings, neither of which needed sleeves or collars. Where is this sleeve/collar?
