Basically back in October one of my old DH team (Rave Racing) had a big off at the Caersws Cup. He has been in hospital ever since, to help with his recovery various kind folk have donated some prizes and the Racer Guild have organised a timed practice at Cannock on the 19th February.

Just wanted to post this up as every little helps, I and some of our team mates will be at Cannock on the 19th shaking collection tins and there will be a raffle 😀
