[Closed] Help on servicing forks myself please.

I have some manitou splice elites on my ss. I think they finally need a service.
I know they arent Fox or Rock shox but up untill now they have been fab light plush forks. just now feeling a bit sticky. so i was hoping an oil change might do the trick ,.
Is it possible to service them yourself as if i have to spend £80 to send them of i may aswell buy some 2nd fox's off here for a bit more?
And are there any guides available?
They have adjustable travel and lock out.
