I want to change out the stock fsa headset for my croix de fer ti. im all dandy with king headsets but havent a clue what i could replace the headset with as its an internal job. the specs for the stock headset is:
Prestine PT-1860 1-1/8" - 1-1/2" tapered
I'd like to change for a hope or similar. can anyone help?

FSA headsets are pretty good in my experience. Possibly the best for value for money. I'd be tempted to replace like for like, or leave it alone if it's still working ok

Looks like a standard integrated headset, I think Hope call it Type J, effectively just the bearing and the crown race. FSA do them (Orbit C-40, type 42) or Brand-X do them for <£15 on CRC if you wanted really cheap.
