On a weekend relax walking with the Mrs and found a mini trail centre and some amazing riding whilst out walking.
Does anyone know a way of renting or getting hold of a bike tonight or tomorrow around the Ross, Kirkcudbright area.

MTB bikes for hire in and around Dalbeattie 7 Stanes.
Wm Laws in Kirkcudbright itself used to do bike hire, but I don't know if they still do or if they have mountain bikes (from memory it was towny type stuff).
You have many options slightly further afield though:
- The Breakpad at Kirroughtree isn't that far along the A75 from there - they've got plenty hire bikes available.
- MPG Cycles in Dalbeattie do hires
- Kirkcowan Cycles, I think, hire bikes
- Bit further out, but - Ae Bike Shop definitely have hire bikes
