At work we have this little statue that is put on peoples desk for the week.
It is kind of a prize for the person who has done the most stupid / incompetent thing of the week.
they are after an name for it in, in acronym form, something like
ELK - Employee Lacking Knowledge
That was my best effort, there are some really imaginative people here and am sure you can better this.
Can be rude as well 🙂
