Not a spacer

thought that hose clamp was yellow two piece thing but maybe this is the cheap version

That is a bolt anti-undo thingy.

for what bolt ?? no instructions with the calliper. For the most part self explanatory except this mystery part

Depending on the mounting system, if you have Post, then you might only need one:

...personally, I never used them.
