Looks like an Empire, but a hardtail. Very boxy/squared off tubes.
Carbon for sure.
Quite beefy and slack.
Black matt finish.
A very reinforced headtube/seattube/top tube interface area.
Might be a Chinese special, but wondering if there's something like it? Saw one this morning, and it piqued my interest. Sorry if my description is not much help.
