Help: How to attach one up dropper lever to Hope Tech 4 Brake

Can anyone tell me what (if) there is a brake lever mount for attaching a one up (or PNW loam) lever to hope tech 4 brake levers please?

The SRAM mount is the one for Tech 3 with the OneUp lever, I'd guess it will be same for the 4

The 4 is a hinged clamp. So maybe not possible.
