Hold nut, unscrew shiny metal bit (It's prob just a compression fitting, like Hope)

Did the new hose not come with a fitting kit or was it "just" the hose?

It seems like a compression ...i did not know this as i thought its just olive thingy that locks it so i just bought the hose

normally the caliper end of the hose is all crimped up at the factory - you just shorten the other end and use an olive and barbed thing.

just olive thingy that locks it

Yup, so once its unscrewed the shiny bit will (should) slide back and expose an olive on the hose. You'll more than likely need to replace this as they crush a little creating the seal (that's why its called a compression fitting) and then its just a case of -

push shiny bit onto hose
push hose through new olive
insert hose into bit with nut on
slide up olive and tighten two metal bit together
screw job lot into caliper
sort our lever end in the same way (probably)
bleed brakes
go ride ๐Ÿ™‚

Its the caliper bit i only have trouble ...the lever bit i did many times... but hose is short and im lengthening it as i thought both ends has an olive locking system..never realize the caliper end is like this

I'll add my tuppence of conjecture...

I suspect that silver bit is factory sealed to the bit you unscrewed. To replace it - you have to replace the whole hose - with a new factory sealed silver bit fitted.

This is how Shimano hoses appear to me to be anyway - you adjust hose length at the lever end and leave the caliper end alone.

I could be talking bollux though.

Ah, so its crimped on then??? Looks like compression (it is a bit beat up) in that case ??? Dunno, I guess you can't

Assuming you bought a hose kit for that brake set, was that caliper-end fitting not already attached?

Fairly sure you can't remove the caliper end hose connector, you shorten from the lever and that bit is on a new hose kit.

Thats as removed as that hose gets. The end is machine crimped onto the hose. Replacement hoses come as the kit pictured above.
