Folks, I've lost the conical wedge piece from the top of a (brand new) FSA Orbit Headset.
Anyone got one from a dead headset that they don't need?

Thanks.......Jim.

If you get stuck I'm going to be selling a nearly new complete FSA ORBIT XL II headset soon. It was fitted to my blue pig for about a week but for some reason the bottom cup was slightly bigger than the bearing meaning there was a very slight knock. As I'd bought it from an ebay bike shop I couldn't be bothered trying to return it.

So for £9 posted you can have a full headset which you can use for spare bearings etc.

Does it look like this?

If so I have one you can have as my Orbit just died.

Wharfedale, Thanks for the offer.

Danny, yes, that is the part I've lost. What model Orbit was yours?
Mine was an Orbit Xtreme Pro, but hopefully they are interchangeable?

Cheers.........Jim.

Mine was an Orbit MX but I can imagine the compression ring is the same for all, especially as the Xtreme Pro still has sealed cartridge bearings.

Edit: If you'd like it, send me an e-mail with your address and I'll send it today. My e-mail address is on my profile.
