Planning on riding through Portugal in early April, flying into Porto and finishing in Faro.
We are using boxes to pack bikes in and dumping them, but struggling to find how to package up the bikes for the return.
Anyone undertaken this, or got ideas on packing up for flight home? or contacts in Faro we could send bags too, cheeky but have to try.
There's 7 of us in total, unsupported.

I never had to do this but I did look at a few options.
fly the bike out in a proper bag/ box. use a courier to send it to the depot in your destination city and pick up from the depot
Go to a stationers and buy a large roll of bubble wrap and combine that with cardboard from a supermarket
Make contact with a bike shop in yor destination city for bike boxes
use a courier both ways
