I've been trying to get hold of some adaptors for my DT Swiss hubs for over a month now 🙁
I have a standard (i.e not 20mm compatible) front 240s 6 bolt disc hub - I want to convert it to take DT's 9mm thru-bolt
My LBS can't get them as Madison are absolutely ******* hopeless - they have sent the wrong ones 3 times !!!!
Now they are saying that they have all been labelled up incorrectly !

Try Alistair at Wheelcraft 01360312709 near Glasgow but if he's got them i'm sure he'd post them
You should be able to get them from any lbs with a Madison account shouldn't you? I think they have got distribution for the uk.

loco - as i put in my original email Madison don't seem to have them or are incapable of sending the correct set,
macavity - lol yes there are a few versions
Basically its a 240s hub, 6 bolt, standard QR that will not convert to a 15 or 20mm
