[Closed] help deciding which frame to get on warrenty?

I've snapped my 2007 120mm travel marin mount vision and am getting the choice of a 2010 frame with 120mm travel or a 2011 frame with 140mm. My 120mm forks have original innards but replacement bolt through lowers 3 years ago. The 3 year old stations have worn through the anodizing but are still working. I can get the 2010 120mm for free, ride it for another year and then hopefully get a 29er or 650 b if I've got enogh money,or I try and get a discounted 140mm fork from chain reaction, merlin etc ride it for 2 or 3 years then buy what I really want when I've got more money.
Does any one have any experience of either of these bikes?
I ride fairly techy cross country nightbiking twice a week on the north York moors with occasional trips to trail centres and very occasional alps
