I don't think they take calls anymore. I have been exchanging messages for weeks about a warranty claim on my wheels. They had them collected eventually but they are not responding. Its a bit of shambles as if I follow up online, they create a new ticket. I have no evidence they even have received my wheels.

Does anyone know how to deal with them? I am sick of infinite messages with different people who don't have answers. Is there any way to speak to someone?

It doesn't look like a healthy business...

I used their live chat thing yesterday to enquire about something, maybe worth a go if you can't get them on the phone?

Last time I had an issue they were fairly prompt with it, it took about a month to resolve but I did get updates whenever I e-mailed them. Got some free stuff as well for the delay.

Have you tried the live chat on the website?

Live chat is the only way I've ever been able to get a response from them.

Do you have a sales order number you can pass me. DM or email.

In the interest of balance, Planet X have rebuilt the rear wheel with a new rim and sent the wheels back in a nice box so all good.
