Having tried what seems like a hundred different glasses over the last few days I've narrowed it down to just 2!
Oakley Jawbone & Adidas Evil Eye Half Rim, these were the 2 frames that sat snug-ist to my face as I'll be wearing contacts, so keeping out as much drafts as possible is high up on my list. I preferred the lack of bottom rim of the Evil Eye, but the Oakleys had the slight edge on fit.
I've heard a few comments that the close fitting Jawbones steam up easily and the peripheral vision is compromised with the chunky full frames.
What's your experience of either of the frames, regrets on purchasing either of them?
Thanks.
Ps. They'll be used for Road and Off-road riding
I don't get much of a problem with the jawbones steaming up! I think the fit is good, very comfortable and light to the point where you don't notice you're wearing them. Pretty useless advice though as I've never wore the evil eys so can't compare ๐ฅ

Oakley every time. For two reasons.
1 - The lenses and choice thereof. The best out there.
2 - The warranty, should you ever need it, is the very finest in the bike industry.
Top kit.
Thanks for those replies.
Inside I'm thinking Oakleys, it's just the rimless feature of the Adidas that does appeal.
As these glasses are of a similar price point, are they of similar quality or as stated above the Oakleys are better, then does that put the Adidas to be overpriced??
Deffo check out the Adidas stuff. A few guys I ride with use them and really rate them.
Oakley for city boy types trying to buy a lifestyle image (I'll add the nauseating wink) ๐
Mmm feel like Harry Hill, I like Adidas but then I like Oakley........FIIIIIIIGHT!!!!!!
Any more reviews for either??
Have only used Oakleys, not the Addidas, I like the Jawbones, but they do have issues, at least for me, unless pushing a lot of air through them, I do have issues with them steaming up, and I do find they have a blind spot unlike Radars or M-Frames.
On the plus side, as others have mentions, their warranty is the best arround, have used a few times and had great success with it.
Been using Oakleys for getting on 20 years now, have tried other brands, but always go back to Oakley.
Hey thanks for that jimc, appreciate the honest feedback. That's what I'm after.
What sort of riding are you doing? Road or Off?
