[Closed] Help choosing a carbon Hardtail

I need to get a hard tail, well actually two- I did have a carbon on one 456 frame, that I sold to a close friend - as I thought I could do without a HT, but I can't. Riding the full Susser everywhere isn't doing it for me.

I can't find a c456 frame for love nor money, unsurprisingly given its summer !!

So what else is similar to a c456 frame ? I still fancy a carbon or suitably light and strong frame that will take a 140-150 fork ?

I normally get medium size frames, in case that makes any difference.

Also need a recommendation for a HT to replace my wife's 2009 Rockhopper and I've already checked upgrades to it aren't an option Budget around the £400 mark.

Apart from a later model rockhopper, I haven't got much idea of where to start.
