[Closed] help!!!!!
😥 my dakine bladder's sprung a leak and i'll need it this weekend. no bottle bosses on the bike ,so that options out. anybody got any ideas as to how i can fix this?
oh, and can't get hold of one till next week at the earliest 🙁
Glue?
I've used Freesole on small holes in camelbaks before with good results.
Puncture repair?! You in Hampshire
patch it
can you get to the inside of the bladder? I repaired a Hydrapac bladder with a puncture repair kit and it was fine for 6 months till I got round to replacing it.
Melt it?
small split just above the seam along the bottom, not sure whether glue would be any good
we talking vulcanised patches here, or self sticky ones?
dude get some gaffa tape on it
Take a bottle in the bag?
I'll bring a spare bladder with me just in case you can't fix it!!
Duct tape
thefallguy. be much appreciated mate.
gonna have a go at fixing it anyway

would need to be a big bottle, do tend to drink a lot
weldtite make a vinyl repair patch kit maybe that would be good for it
Go to a Tesco Extra and pay them £8 for their own brand bladder.
like the dakine one though, nice big filler neck and you can turn them inside out to dry
Like midlifecrashes says - I got one from Tescos in an emergency - was only 6 quid, and I'm still using it - no probs. I just transferred the bite valve from my knackered camelback bladder and its been great - just use it as a cheap stop gap until you can get a new dakine one.
thanks for your help guys. tescos here we come it is.
put this one to bed now.
