Which frame would you get for general riding? I don't need 5 inches of travel and want something that will climb well and basically cover a good distance with ease (providing the legs are capable). I am going on the assumption both will handle the trail centre and rougher work that I throw at them, they don't make frames designed to break these days right? ๐
I`ve used my Anthem at trail centres and its been fine.Climbs exceptionally well, covers the ground yet still fun to ride.
Trail centres aren't a problem, I used mine in the UK Enduro at Innerleithen this year with no problems. Maybe not the ideal tool for the job but it was great in the transition stages ๐
I am keen to hear what the Hei Hei is like for climbing. I have had an anthem way back a few years ago and it felt as if the back end locked up while climbing; it really was something great, but if the hei hei does that as well I would sway towards it as it's a nicer looking bike and a bit less common!
