Any ideas? Used to get those Food Doctor microwave meals that were quite good but they seem to have been destocked now.

Other ideas?

Innocence Veg Pots - particularly good when 1/2 price, as they are quite expensive...

peachos, mackeral or sardines in an office, surely you're on a wind up ?

We'd throw you out the window for that.

Make it the night before, assuming you have a kithchen and can opperate a few basic tools (Knife, chopping board, tupperware, etc)

Healthy mixed diet is always better than the same thing every day or worse still shop bought shite, Salad one day, Sandwiches another, maybe lash up a quick sauce and some pasta to re-heat, it doesn't have to be complex...

you can do a lot of healthy tasty food with a Fridge and a microwave...

Snacks are most people downfall, I suggest you stock up on fruit and learn to make lower fat flapjacks, sandwich vans and supermarket lunch cabinets are the work of Satan... FACT!

For the last month I've been having 3 oranges, 2 apples, a tomato and some broccoli, intermittently at my desk from 11:30 - 3.

It's alright but ribs are showing a bit and you get a bit spaced out.
