Just got my hands on a 2006 Cove Stiffee frame and I am unsure what headset is required. Can anyone offer help please?
If anyone can point me in the direction of a list of all the component sizes, then that would be great.

Any chance you can measure the head tube (internal diameters)?

Sorry for the delay. Internally it looks to be approx 30mm if that helps

Standard 1 1/8" external cup headset (ie, not integrated/internal/semi-integrated).
Oh, and seatpost size is 30.0mm and seat clamp 34.9mm if it's the version with the sculpted dropouts like [url=
