I need a headset for my lads orange crush 2016 and I’ve no idea, do I need an internal top 1/8th and a bottom external 1/5th, I was going to buy the brand x from chain reaction as there under £20 but not sure which one

This tool is also very useful:

You can plug in the specification of your headtube and fork, and it'll tell you what cups you need.
