I bought one of those On-One Parkwood frames a while back to build as a kid tow'er. I've also got hold of some cheap 1" 1/8" straight steerer forks. I was going to use a Hope reducer

and the recommended FSA C40 ACB headset to fit:

Will this fit? The reducer comments make me think there might be issues.
