Do any of the numbers listed here relate to what bearings I need?

If you can get the bearings out see if there is a number stamped on the side. It may be a bearing that you can get from a bearing supplier.Bike shop charged me £80 for new headset bearings fitting.Taking it apart they just drop in and I bought a pair on eBay for £12.

I recently changed headset bearings on a mates Reign advanced, he bought the whole headset (fsa branded)for around £35 but not sure where from, although I only swapped the actual bearings. If you can't find one have a look at kinetic bearings website, I'd be surprised if they don't have the right bearings. If numbers aren't visible I'd measure them with a vernier gauge

Kinetic do them as a set: https://www.kineticbikebearings.com/giant-overdrive-od-mountain-bike.html . They have advice on how to double check they are the right ones.

Top bearing is 30.15x41x6.5 36/45 with code MH-P03K and bottom 40x51.8x8 36/45 code ACB518K.
