Just to confirm the Lime Tree was great, although being 100% honest I didn't appreciate that he charged us for 3 days when I later learned their website advertises 3 for the price of 2. It was stupid of me not to ask, but still it seems like quite sharp practice to only give a discount if asked specifically for it.

Lovely place though and the people who run it are nice. God knows we all have to make a buck, and I should've been better informed before settling up.

So, you were happy to book and pay for it, without knowing about the offer.

Did you in fact have dinner in the restaurant 2 out of the 3 nights you were there? This is required in order to gain the discount. If you did then I would suggest a phone call to the Hotel. If not..... ๐Ÿ˜•

A-ha - no, I didn't know it was necessary to have the dinner!

Well then. Fair enough. The guy was friendly anyway - I'd be surprised if anything happened deliberately even if I had been entitled to the discount.

So yes. The Lime Tree is a nice place. Go there.
