[Closed] HDMI > USB for streaming video

Yes, I can Google as well as anyone, but knowing the broad church of STW techies I'm hoping someone has direct experience.

I'm looking for an HDMI > USB (or PC Card interface.. Firewire at a puch) that'll take a live video feed on the HDMI, and be addressable as a video device in Windows (i.e. as a web cam). Looking for an alternative to stream meetings from our current Cisco codec, and hoping to use LYNC .. but thats my problem, a recommendation on a device would be great. I've tried Elgato Game Capture HD 60, but they will only record, not stream..
