I've seen some on here I fancy, but I ride mostly trail centres.
Are they a bit OTT?

I've got a set of these on an 09 spesh enduro and I can't fault them. I like you also do trail centers and other off piste places so like to know if I come across something to fast that I can stop on a six pence. They don't over heat pad life is good and if your on the heavier side there great for the extra power. One thing to look out for if the lever has slow lever return you can get a kit to rebuild. Quite easy and worth doing before they get to sticky.
