Had anyone supported the Dirt Factory through their crowdfunding campaign yet?

Looks like they're doing well, currently at 39% a few days after launch.

Pretty exciting.

Doesn't seem like much money for what they're proposing.

Think I will throw some money at that on general principles, not convinced it's an investment mind. OTOH it can't do worse than my bank shares 😆

Yeah fair point, maybe not investment, but I reckon it's worth chucking £50 into the pot to see it happen, with the bonus of getting a free session on your birthday.

If enough of us did that they'd meet their target easily.

Is that not a good thing?

Well I can't imagine it was unsolicited, which means they're using a pre-agreed funding stream to make it appear more successful in crowd funding, which is a bit deceptive. Worked on you though Peachos 😉

That's a bit presumptuous! How are you getting to this conclusion?

Maybe an investor using the site (Crowd Cube) saw the opportunity, read the supporting documentation and thought it was a sound investment with significant potential for a good return in the future. £100,000 for 15% stake in a new business. Just guessing like you.

You could always ask them...

I actually added my support before the £100,000 was added, so you're wrong on at least one part of your comment.
