make a good boat bike
like.
not a fan of such small wheels given the state of some London roads, but that's a sacrifice for such a neat design.
brompton wheels are bad enough - I'd hate to hit a pothole at 20mph with those....
Neat and well designed but i'd never use one round London. As mentioned above my Brompton is bad enough with the small wheels, hit a pothole or rut with that and you'll be all over the place. Can't be long before Brompton bring out a leccy assist. The main frame tube will be ideal for all the gubbins, just the motor location that will be tricky with the fold.
26lbs so that guy carrying it up the escalator was probably straining a bit...
Not compact enough in the fold, with the trains getting ever more packed even a brompton is a bit bulky.
Had another policeman telling me it was probably worth risking one of those airwheel thingies the other day. Senior Manchester CID guy this time.
I hope they have sorted the rest of the A bike while they were at it. I've got one bought as a work case study. I can safely say it is one of the worst BSOs I have had the displeasure of using. Dreadful thing.
It is great fun to ride a electic bike. Not such a big fan of the A-Bikes I have bought this electric mountain bike http://www.scootercity.co.uk/electric-bikes/z4-21-speed-folding-electric-mountain-bike-26-black.htm.
I am using it for about eight months now. It is 21 speed folding bike with 250w electric motor. Its maximum speed is 25km/h which is road legal and we can ride it without a license or tax. This is really awesome bike and I am really happy with it.
And eric20 isn't a spam-bot?
Its not spam or some thing.
I am just sharing my experience of electric bike ๐
Wheels are so wee it could struggle on any city road.
Battery has to be tiny too.
