Suddenly my hope rear wheel will not fit correctly into the dropouts either side will go in fine but not both at the same time, what have I done? Its a standard qr wheel and it's puzzling me quite a bit.
Any ideas ?
are you getting the disk in between the pads?
Nope definatly some alignment issue with the wheel itself
you sure it's the wheel and not the frame?
try a different rear wheel in this frame and the suspect wheel in another frame?
Have you dislodged the spacers on the ends of the spindle?
Tried a different skewer?
skewer catching on the derailler?
sorry fr late response guys,
first found this problem on my last frame and thought i had bent the derailier hanger, just bought a new frame same thing.
i have stripped the hub, checked the axle, end caps, changed skewer but no joy.
i cannot see any reason for it, its a mystery to me.
no thats my little brother, the slim good looking one ๐
In all seriousness do you do big jumps or are you a fairly large bloke etc?
Did your hub fit your frame when it was new and has it only just started doing it? Have you measured the dropouts and checked they are 135mm?
