Im after a new seatpost for the road bike, this is cheap and light (supposedly). Any good?
I'd use an Easton carbon post. In fact, I'd use a carbon post from any recognised parts manufacturer. I wouldn't touch that one with a ten foot pole, though.
Are they not all made in the same factory or something?
Looks like a Bonty, probably from the same factory, I'd use one.
I'm not a small guy and have used a cheapie CSM carbon seatpost from Ribble for a while now without any problems.
Should be ok for a road bike
Had something similar on my old inbred and it was a tad bendy!
Got one of these for sale, fitted but not used due to the slightly odd sizing of my seat tube. Pretty certain it's 31.6mm:

Crikey, £166! thats more than my lifes worth.
Looks splendid though but I may risk it with the cheap carbon one.
It looks lovely with the carbon weave and is incredibly lightweight. Make me an offer!
