Cheap ceramic GXP bottom brackets that are availible on ebay £20 - £30? I was wondering what they are like , I'm guessing crap!
But If the bearings are ceramic surely they cant be any worse than the usual suspect steel bearing ones @ £20 - £30 can they?

No, but when SuperStar tried to sell cost effective ceramic BBs they were crap I’m told, not noticeably smoother than standard ones, didn’t last as long.
I’d trust them to do a better job than some no-brand eBay sellwr.
