It's just they are dragging their feet, saying it will take 'a long time' to issue a refund and trying to push a store credit on me.
So bored of the back and forward emails and jumping through hoops required. Oh well, lesson learnt.
What was your experience?
Use PayPal and you can cut through all that.
Yeah thanks.
I've just put in a dispute, so we'll see where it goes.
Well, all they are saying now is that they will only issue a refund if I close the dispute, which is surely the wrong way round of doing things.
If I did close the duspute and then they decided to keep messing me around I would gave no resolve through PayPal, but they are ignoring the dispute apart from telling me to close it.
Really boring I know...but what would you do?
tell them that the refund (through paypal) will close the dispute automatically?
I'd imagine there's some sort of 'ding' from having a paypal claim raised against you, which is why they're trying to get you to close it
