Not long got my RS Lyriks back from warranty (2 step broke) and they are making a top out spring clunking noise when the forks are fully extending. Pretty sure they didn't do this before I sent them away. The rebound is set to how I like it, about 8 clicks out from max rebound. Its like the rubber cushion is missing or not fitted correctly. Anyone else got this issue?

When you sent them away, did you send them to me?
I don't remember servicing them.
Have you considered calling the person you did send them to? It's always a good starting point.

I sent them to fisher outdoor for warranty. I tried to phone fisher but the tech that repaired them wasn't available.
